Full sites, hand-coded — no page builders, no templates. From a live demolition contractor's lead-gen site out on Long Island, to the daily-publishing infrastructure running two news properties on autopilot. New sites, remodels of the one you've already got, and hosting that keeps it all running.
A demolition contractor serving the Hamptons and Long Island — a full site with a services breakdown, project gallery, and quote-request flow. Live, public, and taking real leads.
Visit the live site →48th State Sports and World News aren't hosted on a CMS — they're static sites with their own publishing pipeline: automated daily builds, retention rules, a newsletter system wired to Kit, and now a full analytics layer. The "site" is really a small piece of software.
See it running →Starting from scratch or stuck with a site that's showing its age, it's the same hand-coded work either way. And once it's built, I can keep it running for you.
No site yet? A full custom build: designed around your business, fast on phones, and set up to turn visitors into calls and quote requests.
Already have a site that feels dated, slow, or clunky on mobile? I'll rebuild it top to bottom. You keep your domain and your content, and lose the old look.
I host it and keep it online, secure, and up to date. Need a new photo, a price change, or a new page? Send it over and it gets done. No dashboard to learn.
Full sites built to practice a specific brand, layout, or interaction pattern — real code, real design decisions, no real business behind them. The businesses aren't real; the work is.
A Hamptons home-renovation brand — hero, service pages, and a project gallery. Not a real contractor.
A Cape Cod catering & event-styling concept — animated hero, services, gallery. Not a real caterer.
A luxury-listings concept site — property carousel, town guides, agent bio. Not a real agent or brokerage.
